This program provides the time, guidance, and support needed for real transformation, empowering you to make gradual yet impactful shifts that align with your health goals.

Inclusions

  • Comprehensive Initial Consultation

    A 90-minute in-depth session to assess your wellness goals, current habits, and areas for growth. Together, we’ll craft a personalized plan that evolves as you progress.

  • Bi-weekly Coaching Sessions

    Twelve 60-minute one-on-one sessions, spread over six months, providing continuous guidance, motivation, and accountability.

  • Personalized Wellness Plan

    A detailed plan covering fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and lifestyle changes, updated regularly based on your progress and needs.

  • Continuous Accountability

    Regular check-ins, email support, and progress tracking to keep you focused and committed to your goals.

  • Movement and Mindfulness

    Customized workout routines and mindfulness exercises, such as yoga and meditation, to improve both physical and mental health.

  • Progressive Transformation

    Monthly assessments to track physical, mental, and emotional progress, ensuring you stay on track toward long-term success.
